Service Account Manager

Responsibilities

As Service Account Manager, your role will be to :

  • Be the spokesperson for your customer within speos and from speos to your customer.
  • Monitor the day-to-day production of the customers in your portfolio and be responsible for all related administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring the correct application of contracts (KPIs, SLAs, etc.) and monitoring budgets.
  • Reporting to your customers in a clear and analytical manner.
  • Understand our customers’ businesses and the solutions offered to them, enabling you to make proposals for improvements in order to achieve your up-selling and/or cross-selling objectives.
  • Contribute to the implementation of improvement proposals in consultation with other departments.

Profile

As a Service Account Manager, you will have :

  • A bachelor degree or Masters or equivalent through experience and training.
  • A first experience in managing service accounts.
  • An excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Able to cope with stressful situations
  • An administrative jack-of-all-trades who knows how to get on with the job.
  • Attracted by IT and you have a commercial orientation
  • Autonomous, but also a team player.
