It has been 9 years now, that speos is in charge of the treatment and the follow up of the orders for medical certificates for all the medical care providers in Belgium.
Once a year, a specialized and independent company organizes a satisfaction survey, in order to evaluate our services.
Different aspects of satisfaction are raised during the survey, like the ordering process, the delay and quality of delivery, the terms of payment, the call center…
At this moment, we reach a global satisfaction of 98,4%.
This outstanding result has been obtained thanks to the continuous improvement of processes and the
optimization of the system, in close collaboration with RIZIV. It shows a great satisfaction is obtained by our customers, users of this service.
