speos is the market leader in Belgium in the provision of a complete solution for document management. We work for leading customers in telecom, finance, industry and services. We manage all aspects of their outgoing document flow, from the creation of documents to distribution via all available channels (paper and electronic).

In order to achieve this, the dedication of ambitious and positive employees is obviously indispensable. To reinforce our Team we are looking for a:

GO-TO-MARKET MANAGER

 

MISSION

  • Responsible to have the image of the company in line with the strategy of the company.
  • Reposition the company as an e-solution player in the document world.
  • Reposition the company as a player in the medium size enterprises
  • Responsible to position the products of speos on the market.

 

TASKS

  • Delivers and executes the B2B marketing strategy and communications plan to support new client acquisitions, retaining currents clients and supercharge our employer branding.
  • Creating relevant and appealing content for our target audience, all neatly communicated in our company tone-of-voice
  • Organizing events, roadshows and PR opportunities
  • Managing our corporate identity and our communication channels (Mailings, Social media, Website, Online video channels, etc.). Develop and maintain the website.
  • Collaborating closely with a variety of intern and external stakeholders and agencies
  • Identifying new marketing opportunities and leverage these to effectively reach our audience
  • Own and execute the go to market plans for the products and the company
  • Gain knowledge of the market, competition and customer needs
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales channels
  • Develop and maintain the sales tools (documents, templates, ppt …) that support the selling process of the products & services

 

SKILLS & BEHAVIORS

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in B2B content marketing communications
  • An energetic, hands-on, responsible and inspiring personality
  • A passion for copywriting and ‘hitting the perfect tone’
  • A passion for (social) media, yet you’re also familiar with marketing communication outside of the digital sphere
  • Perfect Dutch, French, and English skills, both verbal and written
  • Affinity with documents
